VISION

It is the belief of the Local Standards Board of the Windham Northeast Supervisory Union, as well as the Vermont Standards Board for Professional Educators, that professional development is necessary throughout the career of the school employee. High quality professional development programs should provide opportunities for school employees to gain the knowledge and skills they feel are important to their positions, to the improvement of school programs directed at improving student learning and to their performance as members of their profession. Local professional development programs should assure that appropriate school employees have a decisive voice at every stage of planning, implementing and evaluation.

When does the WNESU LSB meet?

The WNESU LSB generally meets on the first Monday of each month at 3:30 at the conference room at Central Office on Cherry Hill. Meeting times are posted on the First Class Calendar.
